How to access user management
To manage the salespersons of a Sales Brain (Playbook):
- Navigate to Side menu > Sales Brains (Playbooks)
- Select the Sales Brain (Playbook) you want to configure
- Find the Assigned salespersons section
Adding salespersons to the Sales Brain (Playbook)
To add a salesperson:
- Click Add salesperson
- Select one or more users from the list
- Confirm the selection
What happens when you add a salesperson
- The Sales Brain (Playbook) is added to the salesperson's list
- After 30 seconds, the system reassigns existing tasks from their contacts to them
The 30-second delay allows other operations to complete and avoids conflicts.
Removing salespersons from the Sales Brain (Playbook)
To remove a salesperson:
- Locate them in the assigned salespersons list
- Click Remove next to their name
- Confirm the action
What happens when you remove a salesperson
- The Sales Brain (Playbook) is removed from the salesperson's list
- Immediately, all their pending tasks in this Sales Brain (Playbook) are marked as transferable and unassigned
- Their daily limits for this Sales Brain (Playbook) are removed
Tasks are not deleted, they become available for reassignment.
Daily assignment limits
You can set a maximum number of new contacts per day for each salesperson.
- Enable the Daily limit toggle next to the salesperson
- Enter the maximum number of contacts per day
- A limit of 0 or empty means no limit
- The counter resets automatically at midnight (account time zone)
Daily limits only apply with the Fair rotation assignment strategy.
