From the Help section in the left sidebar you can start a direct conversation with the AI support agent, available at any time. The âAsk AIâ button opens the chat panel and automatically sends an opening message with tips so your question gets resolved faster.
Â
Where to Find the Button
In the Help section of the left sidebar youâll find the âAsk AIâ button.
Â
What Happens When You Click It
When you click it, the chat panel opens on the right (if it wasnât already open) and the support agent automatically sends, without you having to type anything, an opening message. The message is currently shown in Spanish, the same language the agent uses across the product:
Cuéntanos qué duda tienes o qué quieres resolver. Cuanto mås contexto nos des, mejor podremos ayudarte.
In English: âTell us what question you have or what youâd like to solve. The more context you give us, the better we can help you.â
Along with a tips block for getting a better answer (also shown in Spanish):
- Abre esta ayuda desde la pĂĄgina donde ocurre la incidencia para que tengamos el contexto. (Open this help from the page where the issue is happening so we have the context.)
- Si no, comparte los IDs o URLs de los contactos, agentes o entidades afectadas. (If not, share the IDs or URLs of the affected contacts, agents, or entities.)
- SĂ© lo mĂĄs especĂfico posible: quĂ© intentabas hacer, quĂ© esperabas y quĂ© ocurriĂł. (Be as specific as possible: what you were trying to do, what you expected, and what happened.)
If You Already Have a Conversation Open
If the chat panel is already open with an active conversation, clicking the button again doesnât reset or duplicate it: you continue where you left off.
Conclusion
âAsk AIâ is the fastest way to get help without leaving the app: itâs always available, guides the user from the first message, and takes advantage of the context of the page youâre on.
Relevant Scenarios
- User who doesnât know how to phrase their question: the opening message and tips give them a clear template of what information to share.
- User who opens the chat from the page where the problem is happening: they donât need to explain as much context manually, just opening it there is enough.
- User who was already chatting with the agent: they can keep clicking the button without the conversation resetting or duplicating.
