Vixiees allows you to connect Google Workspace (Gmail) accounts to send and receive emails directly from the platform, keeping all communication history with contacts in one place.


Prerequisites

To use the Google email integration:

  • Google Workspace or Gmail account
  • Administrator permissions in Vixiees (to configure)
  • Access to the integrations settings

Connect Google Workspace

Steps to connect

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Google Workspace
  2. Click Connect with Google
  3. Select your Google account
  4. Authorize the requested permissions:

You can configure custom signatures:

Per-user signature

Each sales rep can have their own signature with:

Account signature

The administrator can define a default signature for the entire account.

Dynamic variables

Signatures support variables that are filled in automatically:

  • {{user.name}} - User's name
  • {{user.email}} - User's email

Common errors and solutions

"Email service unavailable"

Cause: The user has no connected email or permissions expired.

Cause: The Google token expired or was revoked.

Solution:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Disconnect Google Workspace
  3. Reconnect

"Recipient address required"

Cause: The contact's email is empty or invalid.

Solution: Check and correct the email in the contact's profile.

Sent and received emails sync with:

  • HubSpot: As email activities
