Real-time contact card updates

When a system connected to Vixiees updates a contact's data, that contact's card now updates itself on screen — no page refresh needed.

1. What changes

Before, if an external system (a web form, a connected integration) changed a contact's data while a salesperson had that contact's card open — for example, during a call — the change wasn't visible until the page was refreshed. Refreshing mid-call could drop it.

Now, if you have a contact's card open, any update coming from outside appears automatically, with nothing to reload.

2. How it works

  • Only the card you actually have open updates live; if nobody is viewing a given contact's card, nothing special happens in the background for it.
  • If several updates arrive in quick succession, Vixiees waits a brief moment and shows the combined result once, instead of refreshing the screen repeatedly.
  • A change you make yourself in the same session doesn't trigger a redundant refresh of your own screen.

Conclusion

You no longer need to manually refresh a contact's card to see current data — and during a call, you no longer have to choose between up-to-date information and staying on the line.
