Favorite Contacts

Mark important contacts for quick access from the Favorites tab. Each user manages their own favorites with custom categories and reasons.

The favorite contacts feature lets each user mark the most important contacts for quick access. Favorites are individual per user.


How to mark a contact as favorite

To add a contact to favorites:

  • Open the contact card
  • Click the More options button (three dots)
  • Select Add to favorites
  • Complete the form:
  • Save the changes

Where to see your favorites

Favorite contacts appear in the Favorites tab in the Contacts section, alongside "All contacts".

Benefits of using favorites

How to remove a favorite

To remove a contact from favorites:

  • From the contact card: More options > Remove favorite
  • From the favorites table: Delete button on the contact row

Favorite categories

Categories are fully customizable. Example categories: VIP, High priority, Imminent decision, Special follow-up, Key customer.


Limitations

  • Favorites are individual: not shared with the team
  • You can only have one favorite per contact
  • No bulk actions for favorites
  • The favorites list cannot be exported
