You can now connect Claude to your Vixiees account and ask it, in plain language, to look up your data or make changes for you: review your team's dashboard, search calls and read their transcription, analyze deals, or edit a Sales Brain (Playbook) — no exports and no integrations to build.
1. What the MCP connector is
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the standard AI assistants use to connect to other tools. Vixiees has its own MCP server, so Claude and other compatible assistants can work directly with your account's real data.
The server address is: https://api.vixiees.com/mcp
The connector isn't listed in Claude's connector directory yet. For now, add it as a custom connector with the address above, as described in step 2.
2. Connect Claude
You need a Vixiees user: you sign in with your usual email and password.
On Claude Free, Pro or Max
- In Claude, go to Customize › Connectors and click Add custom connector.
- Enter the address
https://api.vixiees.com/mcp. Leave the OAuth client fields empty. - Click Add, then Connect.
- The Vixiees sign-in screen opens: sign in with your email and password.
On Claude Team or Enterprise
- An Owner of the Claude organization adds the connector once under Organization settings › Connectors › Add › Custom, with the same address.
- Then each member clicks Connect and signs in with their own Vixiees user.
If your email belongs to more than one Vixiees account
When you sign in you'll see the Choose an account screen: pick the account you want to connect. Claude will only work with that account. If your email has no Vixiees user, sign-in is denied.
Turn it on in a conversation
Inside a conversation, click + › Connectors to turn Vixiees on or off for it.
3. What Claude can do with your account
| Area | Look up | Change |
|---|---|---|
| Dashboards | Overview, salesperson leaderboard, pending tasks, Sales Brain (Playbook) value, status changes, performance and sales goals | — |
| Contacts | Search contacts, view their page and activity history | Add comments and reminders |
| Calls | Search calls, with their transcription and a link to the recording | — |
| Deals and tasks | Search deals and tasks, or just count them | — |
| Sales Brains (Playbooks) | View and search | Create, edit and delete |
| Flow steps, workflows and task templates | View and search | — |
| Email, SMS and WhatsApp templates | View | Create and edit |
| Account and settings | Users, teams, AI agents, channels, phone and WhatsApp numbers, integrations | Edit AI agents |
Actions that change or delete data are flagged as such, so Claude asks you to confirm before doing them.
4. Permissions and security
- Claude only accesses the account you connected.
- Changes are made as your user and follow your Vixiees permissions: if your user can't do something, neither can Claude.
- Lookups cover the whole account's data, not just your team's. Keep this in mind when deciding who connects Claude.
- Call recording links expire one hour after they're retrieved.
- Calls that just ended can take a few seconds to show up in searches.
5. Connect with an API secret
For server-to-server connections, or MCP clients that only support a fixed header, you can use an API secret instead of signing in. Send it in the Authorization: Bearer YOUR_SECRET header. Secrets are created under Settings › Account › API › API Secrets (see the API Secrets article).
Each secret now shows when it was last used (Used …) or Never used, so you can see which secrets are still in use before deleting one.
The MCP server's full technical documentation is at developers.vixiees.com.
Conclusion
With the MCP connector, Claude works with your account's real data: you can ask it about your team, your contacts or your calls, and ask it to make changes, without leaving the conversation.
Relevant scenarios
- A sales director asks Claude for a weekly summary of the dashboard and the salesperson leaderboard, instead of going through each section by hand.
- With a high volume of calls, Claude can search a period's calls, read their transcriptions and summarize recurring objections.
- An account admin reviews and adjusts WhatsApp templates or a Sales Brain (Playbook) by asking Claude, which asks for confirmation before each change.
