WhatsApp Business Account Integration

Vixiees integrates with WhatsApp Business through the Meta API. This integration allows sending and receiving WhatsApp messages directly from the platform.


Prerequisites

Before connecting WhatsApp to Vixiees you need:

Important: Two-factor authentication (2FA) must be disabled to complete the integration.

Connection Process

Step 1: Log in with Facebook

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > WhatsApp
  2. Click "Connect with Facebook"
  3. Log in with your Meta Business account
  4. Accept the requested permissions

Step 2: Select Business Account

After authenticating, Vixiees will display the available WhatsApp Business accounts. Select the one you want to connect.

Step 3: Configure Numbers

Vixiees will automatically import the phone numbers associated with your WABA and register them for use.


Imported Data

When the integration is complete, the following is stored:

  • WABA ID: Your business account identifier
  • Phone Numbers: With their unique WhatsApp ID
  • Verified Name: The approved name for your business
  • Quality Rating: Status of each number (green, yellow, red)

Linking to Sales Brains (Playbooks)

Once connected, you must link the numbers to Sales Brains (Playbooks):

  1. Go to Settings > Phones
  2. Select the WhatsApp number
  3. Assign the Sales Brains (Playbooks) that will use that number
  4. Save changes

Contacts in those Sales Brains (Playbooks) will be able to receive messages from that number.


Common Issues

"Two Factor Authentication Active"

Solution: Disable 2FA in Meta Business Suite > Settings

"Payment Method Not Configured"

Solution: Add a payment method in Meta Ads Manager

"Template Not Approved"

Solution: Wait for Meta's approval (24-48 hours) or correct the rejected template

"Phone Not Valid"

Solution: Verify that the contact has a number in international format (+34...)

Verifying the Integration Status

To confirm everything is working:

  1. Go to Settings > Phones
  2. Verify that numbers appear with "Active" status
  3. Check the quality rating
  4. Send a test message

Message Templates

To send proactive messages you need approved templates:

  1. Create the template in Meta Business Suite
  2. Wait for approval (24-48 hours)
  3. The template will automatically appear in Vixiees
  4. Link it to the Sales Brains (Playbooks) where you will use it
