The Vixiees Dashboard has been completely redesigned, with a clearer summary view and three new tabs.
1. Summary view
Opening the Dashboard now shows a Sales Brain (Playbook) selector and a period picker (Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, or a custom range of up to 60 days).
Five KPI cards give an instant read on the pipeline: New, Active, Won, Lost, and Stale (stagnant) contacts. Each shows its current value, a comparison against the equivalent prior period, and â for New and Won â an optional daily sales goal with a progress bar that a manager can set directly on the card.
Clicking the New, Active, or Stale cards expands a breakdown by pipeline stage, so you can see exactly where volume is piling up.
Below that, a trend chart plots these same metrics over the last 14 days (or the selected custom range).
2. New tabs
- Leaderboard: highlights top-performing salespeople across four headline metrics, with a full, sortable, pinnable table including team averages. You can drill into any salesperson's detail page to see their individual progress over time.
- Pending Tasks: an overview of workload, with an hourly chart of when tasks pile up and a table broken down by user, type, and priority.
- Statuses: visualizes how contacts move between pipeline states, with a Sankey diagram plus a supporting data table.
3. Exporting
Every table and chart across these tabs can be exported to CSV, and the same data is available through Vixiees' public API.
đ¸ Screenshot pending: the summary view and each new Dashboard tab. Will be added once available.
Conclusion
The new Dashboard answers, at a glance, whether the sales system is working, whether contacts are progressing as they should, and where attention is needed today.
