Your Control Panel has a tab called Performance that brings together your activity for the day, your 4 key metrics compared to the rest of the team, and your progress over the last 30 days. It’s available in the new agent panel (purple banner above the Control Panel).

Your Progress Today

At the top you’ll see a summary of the day: how many contacts you’ve moved toward closing and which pipeline stage had the most advances. For example: “You’ve moved 20 contacts toward closing” and “Most advances in Scoring approved · 7 advances”. If you haven’t done anything yet today, this section shows a “no activity” message.

Your 4 Metrics and Your Level Against the Team

Below you have 4 cards, each showing the current value of the metric and a level badge calculated independently for that metric:

  • Won: contacts won in the period.
  • Conversion rate: percentage of won contacts out of contacted ones.
  • Tasks: tasks completed in the period.
  • Contacted: contacts you’ve interacted with (calls, emails, WhatsApp) in the period.

The badge is calculated by comparing your result with the rest of the team, in this priority order:

  1. #1 on the team: a prominent congratulatory message.
  2. Top 5 on the team.
  3. Top 10%.
  4. Top 20%.
  5. Top 30%.
  6. Team average: if you’re between the top 30% and the bottom 20%.
  7. Bottom 20% of the team.
Real example: in the demo account, a salesperson with 5 Won appears as “Leader” in that category, with a 12.3% Conversion rate as “Top 10% of the team”, with 18 Tasks as “Team average”, and with 47 Contacted as “Top #5 of the team”: each card is evaluated separately, so you can stand out in one metric and be average in another.

“My Progress - Last 30 Days” Chart

Below the cards you have a bar chart with your daily activity over the last 30 days. You can switch which metric is shown with the buttons above (Won, Conversion rate, Tasks, Contacted; Won is shown by default) and the chart includes a horizontal dashed line with the average value for the period, labeled “Average”. If a metric has no data for the last 30 days, the chart shows an empty state instead of staying blank.

Conclusion

The Performance tab gives you, at a glance, three things: what you’ve moved today, how you stack up against the team on the 4 metrics that matter, and whether that position is a sustained trend or a one-off. It’s the quick reference for knowing what you’re doing well and where you have room to improve.

Relevant Scenarios

  • Salesperson who only looks at totals: checking each card’s badge shows exactly which metric they’re behind on, not just whether the number “looks good or bad” in the abstract.
  • Salesperson who stands out in one metric and wants to know what to improve: comparing all 4 badges at once quickly shows which category is lagging behind the rest.
  • Manager reviewing their team’s progress in a 1:1: the 30-day chart with the average line helps distinguish a one-off streak from a real trend.
