Integration with Permisso (BankFlip) for Document Collection

Permisso (formerly BankFlip) is a digital document collection platform that integrates with Vixiees to automatically request and receive documents from contacts.

What is Permisso?

Permisso lets you create configurable documentation areas where contacts can upload:

• Pay stubs: Last X months
• Tax forms: AEAT 303, 390, and others
• Identity verifications: KYC documents
• Other documents: As needed

How the integration works

General flow

1. Configure documentation orders in Vixiees
2. Generate a personalized link for each contact
3. The contact uploads the documents on the Permisso portal
4. Vixiees automatically receives the documents via webhook
5. A task is created to review the documentation

Initial setup

Step 1: Obtain credentials

1. Access your Permisso account
2. Generate an API Key from the dashboard
3. Note the service URL (default: core.permisso.io)

Step 2: Configure in Vixiees

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > BankFlip
2. Enter your API Key in the API tab
3. Configure branding in the Customization tab:
4. Create documentation orders in the Orders tab

Step 3: Create orders

Each order defines what documents to request:

Generate links for contacts

To request documentation from a contact:

1. Open the contact's profile
2. Go to the Documents section
3. Click Get BankFlip link
4. Select the documentation order
5. Share the generated link with the contact

The link is unique for each contact and order.

Automatic document reception

When the contact uploads documents:

1. Permisso sends a notification to Vixiees
2. The documents are automatically downloaded
3. They are associated with the contact's profile
4. A task is created: "Review documentation uploaded in BankFlip"

Duplicate documents are detected automatically and are not downloaded twice.

Security

• Credentials are stored encrypted
• Webhooks are validated with HMAC-SHA256 signature
• Communication is always HTTPS
