Scripts are tools that guide sales reps during task execution. They provide structured step-by-step instructions to ensure consistency and effectiveness in client interactions.
What is a script
A script is a sequence of steps the sales rep follows during a task:
- Clear instructions for each phase of the conversation
- Suggested texts to communicate key messages
- Checklists to verify completed tasks
- Decision options that adapt the flow according to the client's response
Create a script
To create a new script:
- Go to Settings > Scripts
- Click on Create script
- Fill in:
- Click on Create
- The visual editor opens to design the steps

Create steps
- Click on Create step
- A new node is added to the canvas
- Select the step to edit its properties
Properties of each step
- Title: Step name (visible to the sales rep)
- Description: Detailed instructions
- Notice: Highlighted important information
- Component: Content type (see next section)
- Next step: What step follows next
Connect steps
- Drag from one step to another to create connections
- Define the logical flow of the script
- Mark a step as "Initial step" (required)
Component types
Text / Conversation script
Text the sales rep can read or use as reference.
Ideal use: Introductions, product explanations, objection responses.
Verification checklist
Points the sales rep must complete during the step.
Ideal use: Verify client data, confirm requirements, validate information.
Options menu (Single Choice)
Options that determine the next step based on the client's response.
Ideal use: Branch the script based on client interest, type of inquiry, etc.
Associate scripts with task templates
For a script to appear during tasks:
- Go to the desired Task Template
- Find the Script section
- Select the script from the list or create a new one
- Save the changes
All tasks created with that template will show the script to the sales rep.
Sales rep view during the task
When the sales rep executes a task with a script:
- They see the current step with its title and description
- If there is a notice, it appears highlighted
- They interact with the component (text, checklist, or options)
- They use the navigation buttons:
- At the end, they see the completion message
Manage existing scripts
Edit a script
- Go to Settings > Scripts
- Click on Update next to the script
- Modify name, description, or steps
- Save changes
Duplicate a script
- In the script list, open the options menu
- Select Duplicate
- A copy is created with all steps
Delete a script
- Click the delete button
- Confirm the action
- Associated task templates are left without a script

To manage scripts you need:
- Manage scripts: Create, edit, duplicate, and delete scripts
- Manage playbooks: To associate scripts with task templates
